Actually this picture is a good example on how we should keep our Center regardless to what bad circumstances or hard times we may ever experience in our lives.

I think no, unless you're made of stone.. but we can always try to.
Be better and better in each try maybe one day if we can keep our center 90% of all the circumstances it's already an awesome thing Very Happy
